Each tag offers a reminder of the four key AED check components applicable for all defibrillators. The tag surface allows you to easily record daily, weekly, or monthly status checks of your AED.
Reverse side of tag is a continuation of the front checklist.
Each Check Tag has space to record the AED’s Serial Number, Model Number, Electrode Expiration Date, and Battery Installation Date.
Sold in quantity packs of five (5) tags. Each tag measures 3.5″ x 6″.
