Refund Policy

Return Procedure

  5. Ship the package back to the specified address using a trackable shipping method. Please retain the tracking number for your records.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exceptions

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used AED electrode pads and batteries
  • Products that are damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or neglect
